Chiapas Foray Adventure 2007

For autumn 2007, Mexican Mushrooms’ tour base will be the exotic, colorful, archeology-laden southernmost state of Chiapas, with diverse fungi habitats and a bountiful variety of mushrooms in beautiful locations.

From tropical jungle to cool pine cloud forest, lakeside woods, awesome pre-hispanic ruins, roaring waterfalls, tradition-bound indigenous villages and even cosmopolitan colonial towns - This remarkable “Fungal in the Jungle” tour will combine a spectacular mycology experience with exciting travel, cultural insight, good food and company, like no other event they’ve ever organized.

This will be an extended-week, (8 full-day, 9 night) all-inclusive mushrooming tour slated for 21-30 September. This tour was almost booked in January, but visit the site to learn about another possibility during the week of 5-14 October.
