Exquisite Mushrooms

Learn the lore and history of mushrooms as food and medicine across the globe. Gary Lincoff, author of National Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Mushrooms (National Audubon Society Field Guide Series), and Amy Farges, renowned chef and author of The Mushroom Lover’s Mushroom Cookbook and Primer, will transform the way you view the not-so-lowly fungi.
