Not Pink Elephants, but Close
No, the mushrooms shown above aren’t morels. And, no, they really aren’t pink. In 1997, U-haul took some artistic license with one of Tom Volk’s photos of the Armillaria gallica (the humongous fungus), and there you go. U-Haul created a site in 2002 to celebrate the Armillaria. You can also find this illustration on about 500 U-Haul trucks. What fun!
