Things are hotting up for the Soweta Mushroom Festival, to be held 9-18 March 2007 across South Africa. Regional festivals are held in selected areas in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban, where restaurant patrons can visit their favorite eatery in these areas to experience the individual restaurants’ unique interpretations of fresh cultivated mushrooms. Separate festivities will be listed here as I learn about them.
