Mushrooms in Mayan Art
The Minnesota Mycological Society will hold a meeting on March 10 at 7:15 pm. Carl deBorhegyi, a Mayan archaeologist will be there to give what should be a fascinating talk on symbolism in Mayan art, which includes a strong mushroom theme. The meeting takes place in 490 Hodson Hall at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul campus.
